Pastors Laurie & Kathee Hennessey

Pastors Laurie and Kathee have been the senior pastors at Cornerstone since 2001.

Pastor Laurie travels extensively overseas ministering in pastors seminars, especially in Asia and Pacific regions. He also uses his skills as a builder in constructing churches for needy congregations, especially in the nation of Vanuatu.

He was instrumental in setting up C.I.T.Y, a trade school on the island of Tanna that gives local young men and women a useful trade they can use to improve themselves with 30 students at present attending.

Kathee heads up our churches womens ministry and travels with Laurie ministering alongside of him.

Pastor Michael, Margit & Daniel

Pastor Michael and Margit are in charge of the youth ministry of our church. They also head up our involvement in foreign missions. Michael served as a missionary in Estonia from 1994 till 2008 and there he met and married Margit. Michael is an electrician by trade while Margit is a qualified primary school teacher. They have a son, Daniel who is the apple of their eye.

Pastor Richard & Jessie Yeo

Pastor Richard is in charge of taking care of the running of our services. He graduated from Southern Cross Bible College in 2003 and has been serving at our church ever since. He works at Target and has a keen interest in the people of Southern Asia. He is married to Jessie

Pastor Peter Thomsett

Pastor Peter heads up our mid-week Bible School and is presently developing his lessons into a bible course that will give people all over the world a free opportunity to to study the bible chronologically. See www.soyoumayknow.com for more details.

During the week he teaches scripture at Asquith boys High School, where he has served in that capacity of over 20 years. He is a great soccer player (at least that's what he told us) and Chelsea supporter. He also has a heart for the people of Nauru and regularly travels there to minister.
